New to SWAP, when you create a new account,you will then be sent a confirmation email requiring you to follow a link to activate your account ( check your spam box if link does not appear in your in box)This email will also give you a Username and confirm your password.

What happens if insufficient funds are in my account at closing date?
You will be notified of “Possible Cancellation” by email ( Check your Spam box).
However, if your entry remains unpaid after 3 working days from close of entries, then we shall have no alternative but to cancel your entries without further notice. It is your responsibility to check your account and ensure that payment has gone through. You may log in at any time from any computer with internet access using your login and password to check your account balance and view your account statement. Your My Account page clearly identifies which shows remain unpaid, and the amount required to pay.
If you are not the registered owner of a dog linked to your account then please provide the full name and address of the registered owner of this dog: by using the Amend dog details (Pencil) button on your account page.
Also we now have Default handler option for a dog so when entering in show it will auto select handler to that person
On the newly created "Show Info" button on the home page you can now view show schedules, closing dated and ring plans and maps when available.
Click on the results button to see results of local shows where we have received them.
The site is easy to use and all you need to do is to register your dogs for free on the website and then entering shows who use this facility is really simple, select the show you wish to enter, complete the easy to use online entry form, pay your entry fees by either an online bank transfer or send a cheque, pay a small administration fee (cheaper than buying a stamp and envelope for a postal entry) and return postage and you are entered. Once you and your dogs are registered on the website, you do not have to re enter your details for subsequent shows and having entered a show you can change your own grades, change classes or handlers at the click of a button anytime before entries close.
We are also hoping to be able to make schedules available to download and also after a show to be able to upload results sheets from them for you to view.
