At South West Agility Processing (SWAP) we are committed to data privacy and protection of our customers data.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We only process your data if it complies with the principles set out in the new GDPR regulations which comes into effect from 25th May 2018.

Your personal information is an essential part of our service and we only collect information about you and your dog(s) to enable us to process agility shows and to manage your account.

By choosing to register with SWAP you provide us with your personal information which includes

Your name

Postal address

Telephone and mobile numbers

 E-mail address

 Details of your dog(s)

Any personal data that we collect is on behalf of dog clubs and other organisations who organize and run dog agility shows and is retained solely for the purpose of entering such shows.This information is passed onto the show organisers and in some cases 3rd party businesses who provide electronic ringside scoring systems.

SWAP does not hold or retain any Bank details, Credit or Debit Card information and SWAP will never share or sell personal information to anyone unless you have specifically asked us to or unless ordered by a court of law.

By remaining registered to SWAP you agree that we may publish, or share with a 3rd party to be published, your name and dogs’ details as part of the results of the event. In addition, if the event you are entering is listed as a qualifier, we may pass such result information to the Kennel Club or any organiser of that qualifier, your contact details as well as your name and dog details.

Should you not agree to the sharing of your personal details which will be published as part of our results service you should notify us at admin@swap-live.com and we will remove you from our system.
